Over the past three decades founder Roxann Torelli has stayed true to her original mission. To serve the best quality food, provide exceptional customer service, with the highest integrity and create memories that last a lifetime. In 1997 Roxann and her husband Louis started Gourmet Delights Catering, a catering company located north of Boston in Hamilton, MA. Three decades later it is the entire team at Gourmet Delights Catering that has taken us to where we are today. We have team members that have been with us since we first began. Our entire talented team of chef’s, event staff, event producers, managers and designers, all have a passion and a commitment to see that every detail and each guest is attended to. We can confidently say that our team of professional offers the highest level of experience and service on the North Shore.
Our repeat clientele is also a testament to our success. Many have been with us all three decades. Their respect and repeat business is the highest compliment that we can accept. It is important to us that each new client is the beginning of a new relationship.
Realizing the importance of professional development, Roxann and some of her team has attended bi-yearly catering conferences around the country. She and Louis have also attended several culinary learning journeys, to Italy, Sicily, and Vancouver B.C. She is an active member of the International Caterers Association. In 2012 she was elected to the ICA’s board of directors. She is now on the board of their Educational Foundation. The foundation helps provide continued education for caterers from across the globe.
When not working both Roxann and Louis enjoy spending time with their ever growing family & friends. As well as traveling.
